The Role

We're seeking an Operations Manager to serve as a key operational support for our investment platform. You'll work closely with our investment team to manage the day-to-day operations of our fund vehicles, from investment closings to regulatory compliance, helping build the infrastructure that supports our growth.

What You'll Do

Fund Operations & Administration

• Support external fund administrators for both equity and credit funds

Investment Execution

• Manage the full closing process for equity and credit investments, including entity formation, banking setup, fund documentation, subscription agreements, investor questionnaires, KYC/AML compliance, and wire coordination

Regulatory & Compliance

• Support SEC, FINRA, and other regulatory filings to maintain compliance across all fund vehicles

Strategic Operations

• Handle ad hoc priorities including NDA reviews, scheduling for the investment team, investor requests and meetings, and other emerging needs as the firm grows

 

Our Ideal Candidate

Experience: 2-5 years as a paralegal at a Top-100 US law firm with significant experience working with private funds. You understand fund structures, investment documentation, and the operational requirements of managing investment vehicles.

Mindset: You have intellectual curiosity, an ownership mentality, and genuine excitement about building a large investment firm from the ground up.

Comfort with Ambiguity: Like the companies we invest in, we're a startup ourselves. You thrive in unstructured environments and are energized by creating order from complexity.

Team Orientation: You're collegial and enjoy working closely with others in a small, high-impact team where everyone contributes to the mission.
