(Austin, TX - November 10, 2025) - Outlier, the fast-growing sports betting analytics platform, has announced it has received a credit financing deal worth $5M from House Advantage Fund ("HAF") to facilitate its continued growth in the US sports betting market, support its recent launch in the UK and Australia, and accelerate its mission to empower everyday bettors with data-driven insights.

The revolving credit facility is provided by HAF, the specialized user acquisition financing strategy, provided by Discerning Capital, a leading US-based growth capital investment firm that focuses on the global gaming market and its adjacent ecosystems, and PvX Capital, a Singapore-based financial services firm focused on user acquisition financing for consumer apps.

With access to user acquisition financing, Outlier can further accelerate user growth while simultaneously supporting additional non-marketing investments off its existing balance sheet. With this credit line, the company is able to invest in other corporate initiatives such as accelerated hiring and product development without sacrificing top line momentum.

HAF allows for continued growth and investment in user acquisition despite the traditional financial constraints that remain prevalent in the broader gaming industry. Furthermore, access to credit financing removes the risk of unnecessary dilution when scaling at the pace Outlier has demonstrated over the last 18 months.

Evan Kirkham, Outlier's Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder, said: "This partnership enables us to substantially scale our user acquisition efforts while maintaining the resources we need for product innovation and team expansion. The flexible structure of the House Advantage facility means we can execute on our vision to become the go-to platform to empower ‘better bettors’ without compromising our long-term strategy."

"It’s clear that House Advantage has emerged as the leading UA financing provider in betting and if we were to build a long-term partnership with a lender, it should be them. This facility allows us to continue developing the tools that help bettors make more informed decisions and transform how everyday fans engage with sports betting and we are incredibly excited to welcome HAF to the Outlier team."

Commenting on the deal, David Williams, Partner at Discerning Capital, said: "Innovators across the betting industry face unique growth challenges that traditional financing models are unable to solve for. By aligning capital deployment with marketing efficiency, our goal is to empower operators to grow faster without sacrificing sustainability. Less equity dilution, more flexible credit terms, and a higher ceiling on growth – that’s what HAF is custom-built to deliver."
